Become a Caregiver for Someone You Love
Consumer Directed Services (CDS) is a special Missouri program that allows eligible individuals to choose and manage the person who provides their personal care.
If you are interested in caring for an eligible family member, you may be able to become their paid CDS attendant. This program gives eligible Missouri residents greater choice in who provides their care while allowing family members and other trusted individuals to provide the support their loved one needs.
Care for a Family Member and Get Paid
Through the CDS program, an eligible individual can hire, train, and supervise the person they choose to provide their personal care. This may include a family member, friend, or neighbor.
